Just two more weeks to go

I just wanted to poke my head in to say hi.

My mom and brother are visiting from Trinidad for 2 months, so the month of May they will be with me.

There have been and will be NO SEWING while they are here, which can explain why I've been feeling so anxious lately, sewing is my stress reliever but I have no avenue right now, just work, family issues, events, work and on and on and on.

I keep on saying,, just 2 more weeks, then you can sew as much as you want too and catch up on your blogs.

However!

I did see the summer Buttericks are out.

I really do love the plain view, without the ruffle, the simplicity of that dress will be a great canvas for some great accessories or a fierce pair of pumps.

I thought about the one from the Banana Republic Fall 2011 line which I loved also.

So, you know what will be coming home with me, I think these will be great for my late summer early/fall collection.

Welcome back, missed you! I can definitely relate to not being able to sew for any length of time and what it does to your overall emotions!! But you only get to see your family for a short period of time...so enjoy it while you can. We'll be anxiously waiting when you return!
