While my mom was here she made vogue 1225, which is part of my spring/summer set 2.
This was one of my birthday gifts from her, I had no idea she was going to sew it for me, she worked on it while I was at work and the day before my birthday she put it on the dress form to surprise me when I got home.
Even though I didn't make it, I thought I would share it with you all.
I can't get over this dress, its very beautiful in person.
My mom said it very time consuming, as you can see, it has a lot of details including the petticoat underneath, 4 yds of fabric is no joke.
I hope everyone is well and having fun in the sun, I will poke my head in a couple time during the summer but not as frequently as I've been doing early this year, until it is cold again :)

You're so correct...this dress is absolutely gorgeous, just stunning! I love the color and beautiful drape of the fabric and what a nice surprise...can I adopt your Mom??? :)

Your mom is the BEST!!! I love this dress and did not realize it had a petticoat underneath. Now I am going to buy this pattern!!! The yellow is also perfect.
