20.2 lbs in 10 weeks.
Lets get to the point, I am very thrilled and super motivated.
My Goal this week is one healthy, good tasting, low calorie meal or snack a day and I will be sharing it with you as a way to keep me consistant.

Someone told me to try on of these last week and I liked it. I'm going to add some pineapple on the side.

Congratulations! I lost 10 lbs in 5 weeks. That was 3-months ago. So far I have manage to keep the 10 lbs off. My goal is to loose 5 lbs by December 1. I did it by only eating two servings of carbohydrates a day. How did you do it?
