Whenever I see "Spring Trend: Florals", I always think of Miranda Priestly's quote " Florals? For spring? Ground breaking".
Florals is to spring with Natical is to summer, you can't get away from it.
The question is how do you keep yourself "on trend" wearing a look that is always trending?
Looking in my closet, I feel like I have the ultimate spring dress already. Nothing gets more "flamboyantly spring" than this.
I reviewed this dress back in 2011 and looking at it today, the color and print are still so vibrant, I don't need another spring floral dress anytime soon.
So I got the dress covered.
Its time to look for new options.
I am loving the floral blazer for spring. I am on the fence with the floral pants though.
My hips are huge and I don't ever like to draw attention to that part of my body, its a personal thing that no amount of excercise will change.
So, maybe a pair of floral pumps?
The Floral blazer and pump gets my nomination for keeping it fresh for florals, spring 2013.
Why?
Because its something I don't have in my closet right now and you know I'm all about closet building.
Pairing up the blazer with a white tee and high saturated colored pants or jeans or over a solid colored dress or monochronomic top and bottom outfit.
Luv it!
Oh and before I go, I saw this dress this morning. Its beautiful, well done. Made my think about making another floral dress.
Only a thought, lol.

These are both spectacular looks!!!! I've never thought of making a floral blazer. May have to consider it. I've wanted to make floral dresses in the past but have a tough time finding just the right print. These are great. Thanks for reigniting my love for florals!!!!
