After reading Erin Fetherson "My Style" article, I felt like she is the type of person that I can relate to when it comes to sewing and dress design.
So many of her thoughts seems to match my own.
She describes her style as "feminine, romantic and modern" and clearly she does, because her latest line has a lot of "wearable fashion" that are beautiful, trendy and flattering.

First look is this gorgeous lace dress with seam binding for the blocking. And of course the matching jacket with exposed zipper.
Look 4 was an exaggerated peplum skirt, same idea as this one.
Look 8 styling may cater to a young demographic but its just a silk blouse with contrast yoke, I would absolutely wear that with a pencil skirt to work.
Look 12 I love anything that makes the waistline look smaller, I want to know if its a grosgrain ribbon or a velvet one, either way I luv the metallic fabric choice, its a dress that will work for any age group.
Look 13 The embroidery at the sides that looks like a "print-blocking" effect - LUV!
Look 17 Love the draping, you know there are pleats involved.
Look 18 Where do you begin. Its an update version of this one. The color is amazing
Look 25 I like the use of all the different fabric weights and textures, the chiffon into the metallic into the double knit or is it velvet?
Look 27 Just Chic, that fabric is just everything, everything for this dress!
She killed those metallic fabrics, she made me want to drive to NYC just to hunt down some fabulous metallic fabric to drape my dress form in, lol
Everything is beautiful, doable, just so much inspiration. I am a fan!
