Shocking aren't they?
When was the last time black, winter white and camel was on trend?
Uhhh, now, last year, I THINK these are classic winter colors so they are always trending.
So, maybe they have something with Olive Green or shall we say Carafe, according to pantone.
I'll give them that, Olive green hasn't been hot in years, its the new Grey by the way, don't let anyone tell you its the new black, black is always the new black.
Last year, when I saw burberry's fall 2012 fashion show I saw a lot of olive and that made me add it to my winter color capsule, hence why I was looking for fabric to make a pencil skirt. One piece of olive is a great place to start and I love it so I will be adding more.
The good thing about the resurrection of a traditional winter color is that you can find it in the stores. I couldn't find an olive green skirt to save my life last year and still I haven't seen one this winter. Can't wait to see what I find in the next 6 months or so hopefully its a pair of olive suede boots. Now, that would be newworthy to my shoes collection.

I have clear autumn coloring so I look AMAZING in caramel and olive. So glad olive is trending! I love wearing that color. This will be a year I stock up on fabric I think.
