This week I am reviewing Butterick 5873, another version of a faux wrap dress.
This version has the look but the wrap is fully secured to both sides.

Close-fitting, above mid-knee length dress has mock wrap front, gathered at left side, collar, collar band, raglan sleeve, side zipper and stitched hems.

Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Yes, it did.
Were the instructions easy to follow?
Yes, these instructions are simple and easy to follow.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
1. I like the surplice neckline and the short raglan sleeves.
2. I like the length and the fit of the skirt.
3. The collar with stand.
4. The wrap front which is fully enclosed at both side seams.
I have no dislikes, its a great pattern

Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
I didn't use a zipper.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
I will make it again and I recommended it, its super easy.
