Well not exactly.
Simplicity 1539 is the only pattern I wanted from their latest collection.
I love view B and even though I have a couple twisted front top patterns, this is a design detail that works for me so I will support the cause.
I like view D. A lot of members on PR was talking about it.
It falls into my "cutesy" category, maybe for my younger cousins but not for me.
I guess I will see how it looks once I see the first review.
I love bows but I'm very particular about where they are placed.
Thank goodness they didn't put it directly on the bust line. I give them kudos for that.
My mind is on dress making right now but eventually I will want a super quick project and this will be a "go to" pattern for sure. You can never have enough knit tops.
Let me tell you, when butterick goes on sale at Joann's, I will have a field day. Can not wait.
Apart from that, this is going to be a fun filled weekend of sewing, catching up on my SS14 fashion show videos and cleaning.
I did some shopping last week so now
I need to pull out my fall stuff to be cleaned like coats and boots and see what needs to go into the give away pile.
I also want to pull out my fabrics and go through them. I have fabric for 9 out of 10 dresses I want to make already accounted for but I need to either get the tenth out of the stash or look for it online.
I'm leaning towards getting one of the spring 2014 Pantone colors in a knit.
You know, I am so all over it.
One last thing, I bought the wrong size in Butterick 5921, (16-24) the first person to post that they want it in the comments I will sent it to you.
